Returns & Exchanges
At DRAMANI.US, every order is made with care. Because our apparel is produced on demand, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@dramani.us with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund if the item qualifies.
Size Issues
Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes selected at checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, limited drops, and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
